The systems we build, and how an engagement works.
We pinpoint where AI pays for itself in your business, then build it into the process: AI employees wired into the tools you already use, live in weeks.
Every engagement runs in the same order: measure first, build the highest-payback thing second, run it third. The order is the whole method. Skipping the measurement is how companies end up paying for an AI feature nobody uses.
How we engage.
Four rungs, priced up front. Most companies start at the audit; the call exists so you can find out whether that is premature.
AI Opportunity Call
30 minutes · no charge
A short call with an engineer, not a closer. You describe how the business runs and where it hurts, and you get a straight answer on whether AI is worth your money yet. Sometimes the answer is not yet, and that is a useful thing to hear before you spend anything.

$3,000 · 14 days · credited to the build
We map how your business actually runs, end to end, then score every process by how fast AI pays for itself in it. You get a ranked roadmap with a monthly number attached to each opportunity, and the deliverable is yours whether or not we build any of it. We charge for the diagnosis so it can come back negative.

From $15,000 · live in weeks
We build the highest-payback systems from the roadmap and wire them into the tools you already run: custom agents, white-label admin dashboards, AI employees with a human approval gate on anything that leaves the building. Fixed scope, fixed price, no platform migration.

Monthly · scoped to what we run
Someone has to own the thing after it ships. We monitor it, tune it against real usage, and take the next process AI-native as the numbers justify it. You see the same dashboards we do.
Talk through a retainerThe med-spa product line.
One worked vertical, built out in full: the systems below are what AI-native looks like inside an aesthetic clinic, packaged and ready to wire in. The clinic-side overview is here. Every other industry starts from the horizontal roles: the AI employees we build.
AI Receptionist
Picks up every call at 2 AM on a Saturday and books the appointment before your competitor does. Zero missed calls. Zero voicemails.
Luminae — AI Skin Analyst
Shows patients a preview of their potential results from one photo, then books the consult. Visualization that turns curiosity into consultations.
AI Retention Engine
Knows which patients are about to disappear and re-engages them automatically, before you even notice they're gone.
AI Documentation
Listens during consultations, writes clinical notes automatically, and gives your doctors their evenings back.
Which door to walk through.
If you know something is leaking but not what: start with the audit. That is the case it was built for, and the ranked roadmap is worth more than the price of it even if you never build with us.
If you run a med spa or an aesthetic clinic: the vertical offer is sharper and cheaper than the general one, because we already know where clinics leak.
If you are not sure AI applies to you at all: take the call first. It costs nothing and the honest answer is sometimes no.
Questions we get first.
Do we have to start with the audit?
+
For a build, yes. We do not quote a fixed-price build off a discovery call, because a scope built on assumptions is how projects end up 40% bigger than the estimate. The audit is what makes the fixed price honest, and it is credited in full when you go on to build.
What if we already know what we want built?
+
Then the audit is short and mostly confirms it, or it tells you the thing you asked for is the second-best use of the budget. Either way you get the scope, the integration reality, and a price you can hold us to.
Is this only for clinics?
+
No. The audit, build, and retainer are business-wide, and we run these systems inside our own e-commerce and SaaS companies. Healthcare and aesthetics is where we are deepest, so that vertical has its own offer and its own product pages.
How fast does something actually go live?
+
Two weeks for the audit, then roughly four weeks for a first build, because we build into your existing stack rather than replacing it. Larger scopes run four to six weeks.
